Stop Guessing Where You Rank

You know your own sales. WeedUs Analytics shows you how you stack up against every other store in Washington, and lets your own tools ask the same question automatically.

You know your own numbers. You don't know the market's.

Every store owner I talk to can tell me their top sellers down to the SKU. Ask them how that product is doing statewide, or whether a brand is climbing everywhere else while it's flat in their store, and you get a shrug. You're running your own register data against your own gut. Meanwhile the state is sitting on a pile of traceability and retail sales data that nobody in a single storefront has the time or tools to touch.

That's the real problem. Not a lack of effort, a lack of visibility. You're making buying decisions based on what walked out your door last month, not on what's actually winning in Washington right now.

What we built

WeedUs Analytics is what we built to close that gap. It runs on roughly 14 GB of Washington cannabis data, combining state traceability records with retail sales, so you're looking at the whole market, not one narrow slice. On top of that we built statewide rankings and brand and product trend tracking, so you can see who's moving up, who's sliding, and where a category is headed before it shows up in your own sales numbers.

We didn't stop at a screen you look at. We put an API in front of the data so your own tools, and any AI agents you're running, can pull the numbers directly. If you've got a system that reorders inventory or flags trends, it can call our API instead of you checking a screen by hand.

How it works, plainly

State traceability and retail sales data come in as new files land, and we refresh the dataset when that happens, so you're not working off a stale snapshot from last quarter. We normalize it, rank it, and expose it two ways: a view you can look at yourself, and an API endpoint for anything you want to automate.

So if you want to know where your top brand ranks against every other store in the state, that's a query. If you want an agent that watches for a brand climbing fast and flags it for your next order, that's a call to the same API. No spreadsheets stitched together at midnight, no waiting on somebody else's report.

What this looked like at Kemps

We built this with Kemps Cannabis, because Shawn's team runs a serious operation and they needed real answers, not a demo. Instead of guessing which products to reorder off their own shelf alone, they can look at statewide rankings and brand trends and see where the market is actually moving. What used to be an educated guess about what's hot becomes a number you can point to.

The payoff

You stock what's actually winning in your market instead of guessing off your own four walls. And when a vendor, a landlord, or your own team asks where you stand, you've got a real answer instead of an anecdote. That's the whole point: less guessing, more proof.

Stop guessing what's selling statewide and start pulling the number, yourself or through your own tools.
