Account & Data Deletion

Weedus is a business operations platform for licensed cannabis vendors, suppliers, and retailers, operated by Autosterea LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Weedus account or the data associated with it.

If you can sign in, the fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app: go to Settings and use Remove Account. You will be asked to confirm with your password, and your account is deleted immediately.

You can also request deletion of your Weedus account, or of specific data associated with it, by emailing vidya@autosterea.com or ravi@autosterea.com with the subject line “Weedus account deletion request”.

Please include in your request:

• The email address used for your Weedus account
• Your company name
• Your role (vendor, supplier, retailer, or team member)
• Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data only

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before making any changes.

When a deletion request is completed, deleted data may include your account profile information, login identity, messages, uploaded content, and workspace data associated with the account (such as catalog, inventory, order, delivery, and appointment records tied to your account).

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, audit, tax, compliance, dispute-resolution, business transaction, or cannabis regulatory purposes. Retained records are kept only as long as required and are then deleted according to our retention practices, described in our Privacy Policy.

We process eligible deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
