Do I have to switch my POS?
No. The kiosk and check-in sync natively to POSaBIT, the POS most Washington dispensaries already run. Single-POS kiosks only work inside their own POS. Ours does not make you rip out yours.
What happens to a check-in after age is verified?
It does not get thrown away. The scanned ID becomes one unified customer profile that flows into CRM and Analytics and can trigger loyalty enrollment and automated follow-ups. Data does not die at the door.
Can customers order ahead?
Yes. They build a cart at the tablet or online, the order lands directly in your POSaBIT queue for pickup, and order-ahead carts get priority in the line.
How does the queue show up in-store?
